On the home screen, choose “Create meeting”. Enter a name and organizer; the description, location, and voting deadline are optional. After saving, you can add date suggestions.

When creating a meeting, search for a place and select it from the suggestions. Later, the meeting creator can open the details, choose “Add location” or “Edit location”, and search for more places.

Yes. In location editing, you can add more places, change their order, and remove them. Only the meeting creator can save these changes.

After creating a meeting, choose dates in the calendar and save your suggestions. The creator can later open “Edit suggestions”, add dates, change their times, or remove selected dates.

Participants vote on the suggested dates. The creator can then choose “Confirm date” in the meeting details. This option appears when suggestions exist and no date has been confirmed yet.

Anyone invited to vote can participate, whether they use the Android or iOS app or vote in a web browser without installing the app. Voting is designed to be accessible to everyone invited.

Open the meeting and use the share option to send its link. Participants can open the link and vote in the app or in a web browser.

“What’s Happening” helps you discover events near you or in a city you choose. Browse events by category, date range, and distance to find ideas for your next outing.

Open “What’s Happening”, tap the location filters, and search for a city. You can also adjust the search radius, date range, and event category.

Yes. Tap “Quick Meet” on an event to create a meeting based on it. When event information is available, its date and venue are added to the meeting, and you can share it so others can join and vote.

Try changing the city, date range, distance, or category. The events shown depend on what’s available in the selected area and period.
